Big Smoke Burger; a burger concept founded in Toronto, Canada by Mustafa Yusuf in November 2007. They make handcrafted burgers made fresh daily using top quality ingredients and pride themselves on serving only Ontario AAA beef. Their ground chuck is made to specifications and is always fresh, never frozen and the burgers are hand crafted, served two sizes 4oz and 6oz and ground in house daily. They use an open flame grill which creates a lighter and more tender beef. The classic burger is a 6 oz charbroiled burger served on a sesame seed bun that comes with the option of all the classic fixings: tomato, lettuce, pickles, red onion, ketchup, dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
Their menu includes some creative twists on the classic burger, including three feature burgers. The Craft Burger comes with sautéed mushrooms & roasted garlic mayo, the Spicy Burger has caramelized onions & chipotle mayo and the Blue Burger adds fresh avocado & gorgonzola cheese. You can also craft your own burger with their homemade toppings, sauces and a smoked Canadian cheddar or gorgonzola cheese. The menu also features a juicy grilled chicken breast and a veggie burger to satisfy everyone’s tastes.
Big Smoke Burger uses fresh Canadian ingredients in order to deliver the best possible product. The menu features hand cut French fries made fresh every day and cooked in trans fat-free canola oil. Homemade milkshakes, fresh salad greens. Craft cookies and a selection of unique beverages are also available. They are the only place that serves the famous Canadian poutine; its fries with gravy and cheese curds They only use unprocessed cheese imported directly from Canada and are famous with their house made sauces 4 different flavorous: horseradish, feta cilantro, spicy mayo and rosemary. They have a an exclusive can sugar soda called Boylans it comes in four flavours black cherry, gingerale, orange, rooter & cream soda we also serve old fashioned shakes; chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, salted caramel & peanut butter.
