David Hyde had the recipe for spicy wings, and Ralph Perrella rendered the architectural plans. Together, they started Buffalo’s Southwest café, in 1985 in Roswell Ga. a casual –dining concept built on great chicken wings and good food at affordable prices, served in an old West atmosphere.

The First branch in Kuwait opened in December 2001, located opposite the scientific center on the inland side of the Gulf road. Today the brand has five branches located in Salmiya, Mahboula, Jabriya, Kaifan and in the Avenues Mall.

The store makes use of several objects to help patrons take a time wrap back to the days of Cowboys, Outlaws and Red Indians. Each booth in the restaurant has a theme, including a Wells Fargo booth, an Indian booth, the hangman’s booth, which features posters and photographs of outlaws like Jesse James.

Like all the Buffalo’s Café, The menu in Kuwait features the company’s award winning wings, home made chili, quesadillas, Nachos, Steaks, Pastas, Cantina drinks and mouthwatering desserts. The menu in Kuwait has been modified to the local tastes and traditions of its people.
