Burger Boutique Kuwait Review
Since we had been to Slider Station and Cocoa Room, our expectations were already set. In fact, I heard this place was better. Located at the Arraya Mall, Mezzanine floor in Kuwait city, it’s really hard to miss this place (even if you weren’t searching for it, you’ll see it). In our last visit, the interiors had a more upscale feel to it, but after the renovation it seemed more simple with a lot of emphasis on the ‘Go Green’ ideology. They market themselves as Middle East’s first gourmet burger joint. Though motivational most times, I feel the word ‘gourmet’ is over used in the food industry, especially in the burger world. These days, most of the premium burger joints boasts of serving organic meat.
The menu is pretty elaborate featuring signature, classic and also a section for custom burgers. We had ordered the Fresh Fries (Kd 1.500), Street Style Pommes (Kd1.750), Dynamite Fries (Kd 2.250), Mushroom Swiss Slider (Kd 1.000), Dynamite Slider (Kd 1.000), and Under the Sea Slider (Kd 1.500), Bacon Swiss Signature (Kd 2.950), West Coast Signature (Kd 2.950) the Room 22 Luxury burger (Kd 5.950) and drinks.
I have to say that I’ve been to many places but yet to see any place serve fries this delicious. The Dynamite and Commando fries beat any other fries I’ve ever had hands down. The brilliance in mixing cheese, bacon, onion and jalapenos in a sauce is just unmatched. This order is standard every time we visit and the portion will easily serve 2 or 3. Honestly, I would classify this as gourmet. The patties were all organic, grass fed beef. Only the luxury burgers were mentioned as a having 6oz patty (though I’d prefer more). The buns were homemade potato buns, soft, fluffy and toasted on the inside to give a slight crisp. The burgers were all good in terms of texture but a bit dull in flavor. Each burger had its own unique mix of condiments and flavors. Of the burgers that we ordered, we unequivocally voted for the Bacon Swiss Signature Burger.
The service is pretty good and unlike Slider Station, there wasn’t any rush and no waiting. Overall, I prefer the dining experience at the Slider Station better and for the price this wouldn’t be my first option for burgers in Kuwait.

Overall – A decent place to add to the list of burger joints, serving a good variety of this favorite food.
