Elevation Burger (kuwait) review
As part of our quest for El Dorado (in this case being burgers), we had visited the Elevation Burger at the Avenues phase 2. In fact we had been to this place quite a few times earlier and every time we have left ‘wanting more’. Their caption ‘Ingredients matter’ is reflective of their product, 100% Organic, grass-fed, (USDA certified) fresh and flavorful using the highest quality ingredients. In today’s age where most are calorie conscious, few have any idea as to how many calories are packed in this delicious meal that can be finished in seconds (by some). The Elevation burger menu has provided the calories that go with their burgers. Click here for details
The place is pretty simple in its design and you can choose your burger from the menu just above the counter. The design probably just a step above Mcdonald’s or any of the regular burger joints. So I guess the difference in price has to do with the ingredients used !!
We got the Elevation Burger (510 cal) with elevation sauce (Kd 2.5), Cheese burger (Kd 1.850), fries (0.750) and drinks. The burger meat was fried on a hot plate and was strongly beefy, tremendously juicy and rick in texture. We personally don’t like the burger bun being thick. We Like it soft and moist, just enough to hold all the ingredients together and compliment the taste. This potato bun felt just perfect! We are pretty selective about our fries. A place where the fries are excellent is Slider Station. Other than the cheese (served with the fries), we love the fries here. They are thin, slightly crisp on the outside and soft. Of the many places we have visited, this places certainly holds the trophy regarding ‘value for money’.
They also have a loyalty system which just adds to the reason for dining here again.

Overall – Very good burger place. Good ingredients and great value for money. Wish they were clear on the weight of the meat and gave the customer an option of how they wanted the meat cooked.
